Mudkip's Bingo is a minigame in Pokémon Masters Arena.
Starting the game
This game is accessed by clicking on the Mudkip at the main menu. The first screen contains the in-game description of Mudkip's Bingo, as well as a "Play" button to start playing and a "Score" button that does not display any scores, but instead displays the pieces of the posters that have been unlocked by the player, if any. There are additional buttons to check the descriptions of other minigames. An arrow at the top-left corner may be clicked to go from the game to the game description, or from the game description to the main menu.
Gameplay
In the game screen, there is a grid with Pokémon images at the left side, and a question or statement at the right side. The player is expected to click on the correct Pokémon. For instance, if the text at the right side is "This Pokémon always acts as a cheerleader for its partner, Minun.", then the player is expected to click on the Plusle image.
Once the player clicks on a correct Pokémon image, a red circle appears on it; if the image is incorrect, a blue circle appears instead. In either case (a correct or incorrect answer), the current question is replaced by a new one, unless the player met the requirements to win the current level (in which case the next level starts), or has lost the game (in which case the player has the option to try again or return to the main menu).
The player wins by forming any of the longest available horizontal, vertical or diagonal line with the red circles. For instance, in a 4×4 grid, the longest available line would be made of 4 red circles. However, if there are any Pokémon with blue circles, they hinder the player because that Pokémon is not available to form a line with red circles; although the player may still win by forming a line with red circles using other Pokémon. The player loses if there is at least one blue circle blocking each of the horizontal, vertical and diagonal lines (which makes it impossible to form any full line with red circles).
Levels
This is an endless game. The current level number is internally stored as a 4-byte variable, so there are 4,294,967,296 possible levels. The levels may be counted from 0 to 4,294,967,295; or alternatively from 1 to 4,294,967,296.
In the computer memory, the levels are counted from 0 to 4,294,967,295. However, the level displayed in normal gameplay starts with 1 instead. For instance, the first level is stored as level 0, but displayed in the game text as level 1. The level number is displayed when the player finishes a level, for instance "You've completed level 1." Once the player reaches the level 9999 displayed in the game text (which is equivalent to the level 9998 stored in the memory), all subsequent levels are still displayed as "level 9999". For instance, the levels 10,000, 10,001, 10,002, 10,003, 10,004, 10,005, etc. are all displayed to the player as nothing more than "level 9999".
If the player reaches the highest level (known as the level 4,294,967,295 if the player starts counting from 0), the level counter is reset. Once again, the next level after that is internally stored as the level 0 but displayed to the player as the level 1. However it would take a long time to accomplish this. For instance, if the player takes 1 minute per level, it would take approximately 8170 years to reach the highest level.
The "BINGO.INI" file defines the properties of the first few levels, numbered from 0 to 5. The level 0 has a 2×2 grid, and then each subsequent level has a larger grid: 3×3, 4×4, 5×5, until the levels 4 and 5, which have the same settings—both have a 6×6 grid as defined in the BINGO.INI file. Even though subsequent levels are not specifically defined in the BINGO.INI file, they simply have a 6×6 grid as well. For instance, the levels 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, etc. all have a 6×6 grid. Even if the player reaches the highest level and resets the level counter back to level 0 (displayed to the player as level 1), the subsequent levels will still have a 6×6 grid. Therefore, by resetting the counter, it's possible to play the levels 0, 1, 2, and 3 with a 6×6 grid as well.

If the player wins 5 levels, they receive one of the 6 pieces of the Mudkip-themed Pokémon Masters Poster.
Glitches and cheating
Resuming the game
The only way to start a new game from the level 1 is by closing and restarting the game software. If the player simply goes back to the main menu or loses the game, then tries to go back to Mudkip's Bingo, they will resume the game at the current level. For instance, if the player is currently playing at the level 20 but loses the game by answering too many incorrect questions, then once they return to Mudkip's Bingo, they will still be playing a level 20 game.
Similarly, the player may restart the current level by going back to the main menu and then returning to Mudkip's Bingo. This continues the game on the same level, but the level starts from scratch. For instance, this may be done if the player wants to restart the current level with a different question, or if the player has already answered any incorrect question (thus placing a blue circle on a Pokémon) and they want to start the current level again from the beginning.
Blurb
Click on the image of the Pokémon that correctly answers the question to get a red bingo chip. Connect a line of red bingo chips vertically, horizontally, or diagonally to win. If you click on an incorrect Pokémon, then you'll get a blue-blocker chip so be sure to answer the questions correctly. If you get bingo 5 times, you get a piece of your Pokémon Masters Poster!
Questions
The questions are numbered from 1 to 51 in the internal files, although the question number is not seen in the game itself, and the questions are asked in a random order. In these questions, "2nd evolution" and "3rd evolution" refer to the second and third stages, respectively. All the answers are Pokémon species up to the Generation III.
Internal files
The "BINGO" folder has some files related to this game. In particular, the "BINGO.INI" has all questions ordered from "question1" to "question 51". Additionally, there are 51 images, ordered from "bi_poke_01.tga" to "bi_poke_51.tga"; each of these images is the correct answer to the question of the same number.
